And I’m back, man did y’all even go to your stores as owners and see what the issue could be to why you allow online ordering but still don’t know how to keep up with them and serve customers coming in at the same time? When you are allowing online ordering and telling people an estimate of time to arrive for pick up make sure you’re gonna honor it. Very inconsistent but this time was a deal breaker. Very little meat. I paid extra pepperoni and I only had 1 piece on my sandwich. Door Dasher had to wait a very long time and they left 2 of the three items out of the bag. Bag was sealed. Paid way too much money for 1 lousy made sandwich!
I order pickup for a reason. There’s no reason I should be sitting here for 10 minutes waiting when my order was placed 30 minutes ago. The whole point of ordering ahead is to have it ready when I arrive. Very disappointing experience.
