I really didn’t want to write a review but within the last year service has really gone down hill. (Previous staff back around 2023 was amazing nice and fast) I usually place my order online I know the estimated time is just a guess but I always give an adequate amount of time before arriving. This is the 2nd time I have arrived and my food was not ready. Example, ordered food at 1153am estimated time for it to be done 1215pm. I arrived at 1225pm. My food was not ready. I ordered a BLT, mikes way + hot chilis and this is what I received. Beyond disappointing. Whoever made this clearly did not care at all. Needless to say, I threw the food away. also, how the heck do you not give me lettuce on a BLT?! I'm literally never coming back here.
This place is terrible. Whoever worked on Friday May 1st doesn't know how to put online orders in order. They should call it online disorder. People who walked in after our time scheduled fot sandwiches got their sandwiches 20-30min before us. It took them 45min to process my order. We're still waiting on our last athlete who ordered 50 min ago. The lady gave me a death stare when I told them to do ours now since we were there. This place is a joke.
Boys are horrible wait for sandwich even if you order online! Crew always seem to be chaotic no one specifically for doordash orders
