The employees and lack of care this restaurant has is the reason this place has bad reviews… I’ve been here several times and I place mobile orders for quick service. Half the time my food is correctly made, half the time it’s not. There’s no consistency here. It would be nice to be informed that they ran out of white bread (which blows my mind how that’s a possibility) when I come to pick up my order. Is it that hard? I know why. The place is filthy and no excuse because I was the lunch crowd!!
They made me the viral chop sub.( Not on the menu), and when I tell you a half will fill you up. It was good. It was really really good. Shout to them for doing me a favor and making me one of the best subs I've ever ate!!
Severely understaffed. The 2 employees here today are overworked. Line was almost out the door. The food was great, however.
I don't usually post with a bad review. Let me start I'm a BIG Jersey Mikes fan. However this was it was the worst I have ever had. Bread was old , lettuce was old. Plus charged for a cup for water. It was around 3:30. Stopped in to split a 6 in with my husband, we have been driving since 7AM.
