Atmosphere and food is unremarkable. The staff is nice, but it is convenient.

I love mike
The only issue I have is that new guy on the grill making the hot subs—he messes up my sub EVERY SINGLE TIME! How hard is it to follow a ticket? The young ladies who take the order write down exactly what I ask for, but as soon as it gets to him, it’s like he decides, “Screw it, I’ll do what I want!” Who does that? I’m beyond frustrated! I’ll probably go back because the place is decent otherwise, but I am DONE ordering hot subs unless I can stand there and personally supervise this guy messing with my food!!!
Amazing staff especially Layla she does a very good job at making orders fast and does right. Second time coming here and I’m very pleased at how they run this place
