A friend took me for lunch. When she ordered a giant Italian it wasn't any bigger than my large. When she asked about it, she was told that whoever made rolls hadn't stretched it enough. She was still charged for a giant. Apparently some of their workers aren't being trained properly. The sub I got was delicious but you should get what you pay for.
I like Jersey Mike's but this store needs some serious management and better customer service. Update 06/24/23: Staff was playing "still Dre". Inappropriate for my kids to listen to while eating here. This place needs some serious management. Update 06/20/2025 They have really improved overall. We dine here regularly and the staff is great. 1 star now 4 star.
Big thank you to the Greeneville crew. We fed our nursing home staff for CNA week and Jersey Mike's team got it ready on time with short notice even though they were already slammed. We appreciate you so much!
