Made online order. Went to pick up when said would be done and they had not even started yet. Made three other walk ins after I came in. Also did not put the correct toppings on sandwiches
Without a doubt, this is the best Jersey Mike's in Colorado I've been to several and the team headed up by manager Keyanna did such a fantastic job making my sandwiches and they were ever so flavorful!!!

I have been to the new location in Pueblo West and let’s just say I’ll keep going to that location. This particular location on the southside seemed uninviting, one of the women working behind the counter had a horrible attitude, acted like she didn’t want to be there. The worst part was that the lettuce looked old, wilted, and had a pink tinge to it which made it very obvious it was spoiled.
