Danny (apparently the manager) is rather smug. Placed an online order, got a text saying the order was ready and was 20 min late. I made a comment that should not send a text that order is ready if it’s not ready. He said there is nothing they could do and pretty much blew me off. A simple “I’m sorry, we’re backed up tonight” would have been sufficient but the attitude was uncalled for and will not be returning to this location. When I walked in, they were packed but I was impressed on how efficient the staff was from taking the order until checking out! Keep that staff bc they were on point!!
I placed a call in order for pick up, Mary took my order and made sure she perfectly understood exactly what I wanted and executed it. Thank you sooo muchhh it was perfect. It’s hard to find great customer service lately.
