The food at this location is decent, but the service could use improvement—especially when it comes to online orders. I’ve had multiple experiences where special requests were missed, even though they were clearly listed on the receipt. My sandwich was AMAZING (#64). Although it was busy and a huge group of people came behind us, Emily and her team were unfazed. They were able to execute delicious, cared for sandwiches. I'm very thankful for this Jersey Mike's because often vegan sandwiches with modifications feel lackluster without sustenance, however, this sandwich was at the perfect temperature and spice level to my liking. I also love their bread :)
I went in for a catering box which you typically need to order ahead of time. They were quite busy and they still were able to get it done for me. Thank you for the great customer service and the great food.
