The service in this location is impeccable. I have interacted with almost all of the afternoon staff and some of the evening staff and it is always the same. Courteous and quick. They LISTEN. And best of all they all seem to care about their customers. Yes sir, no sir, all respectful. Great number 7. Sea salt chips, mmmm.
The employees have limited English which affects the accuracy of the orders. Placed an order online so I can grab food on my half hour lunch break. The sandwich wasn't made correctly. Was supposed to have double meat and did not. The double cheese was lumped together and nasty. Asked for mayo on both pieces of the bread and it wasn't. Got a soda with my meal that was gross.
