I love this place and I order three times a week. When I do I pick up order they ask me for my name. Then they say ask what my full name. When I come in my profession work attire they just ask my first name and give me my order. I know I’m not tripping because the same shift manager or etc. trying to grill me on an order I placed and I had to show my order on the app. An the young lady stated they gave my order to some guy who walked in before me and just said his first name.
