Used to get subs from here very regularly. Not sure what happened, but back probably about 4ish months ago or so, their portions got notably smaller. My double-meat sandwiches are now the same size that my regular-size ones used to be. I know JM's was recently bought by a private equity group, and I wouldn't be surprised if they're leaning into the shrinkflation to get share value up. Service is still just fine there, and flavor is good, but JM's went from being a great value for the price to not really worth it anymore.
Had their Philly cheese steak and it was terrible. Stunk up my car, hands and my house. I had to wash my hands several times to get the smell out. Did not taste good and asked for lettuce which was not on it. Never again.
