I’ve been a loyal customer to this location for at least 3 years. The quality, customer service and specials have never disappointed. I was sad to see the giants special disappear but I understand promotions come and go. What I cannot ignore is the quality of the sandwich. The bread was different (confirmed from staff member). It’s no longer big and fluffy. It’s thin and chewy. The rest of sandwich followed suit. There was less meat and cheese and possibly different quality of toppings.
