This is the third time they have messed up my order but taken my money. I ordered chicken salad, asked for extra meat, paid for extra meat, and it was missing the veggies and extra meat! I will show you the “extra meat” I even rechecked my order, and they messed it up. I’ll start driving to Brunswick instead if I want Jersey Mikes I guess!! Not going back again!! Jersey Mikes is great, but head to Brunswick!!
I must say the Augusta store is better managed than the Auburn store. Friendlier and more efficient.
Good food but ridiculously small interior. You're faced with the dilemma of staying to order food or going elsewhere because they have about three tables. Quite ridiculous for a restaurant. And the employees need to be trained to be friendly and project their voice so you can hear them since it's quite noisy where you stand to order over a high counter.
We ordered chicken salad and it was made wrong and we came in a couple days after and talked to a worker that was named Liam he was VERY helpful and nice, he apologized for the sandwiches being bad. he was super helpful.
