Very poor service. I walked out. The person making the sandwiches was showing pictures on her phone to finished customers. I was not waited on. I was waiting patiently but got annoyed by the lack of attention from any one. I was the only person IN LINE... NOT GOOD BUISNESS. the Mansfield location is awesome Very good service and the staff was very courteous.
The sandwich was very soggy and the lettuce and tomato wasn't fresh enough one of the workers didn't like my pepper ham and cheese mikes way so she announced it out loud to let them know who puts ham and cheese together like it was her sandwich I thought that was rude embarrassing and unprofessional people like her should not work at a sandwich place I don't care if I ordered a tuna with peanut butter and jelly that's not her business to point me out like that. I came in a few days ago and had such a great customer service experience. The girl who helped me was incredibly kind, patient and genuinely went out of her way to ensure we had the best experience. It was my first time here and she answered all my questions and made the whole experience amazing! And she was super friendly and made us feel extremely welcomed. We ordered today off the JM website for delivery (through DoorDash). Unfortunately, as we have experienced multiple times in the past, special instructions were not followed which significantly altered our sandwiches. That being said, the manager, Clay, was apologetic and sincere in the mistake and remade the sandwiches without hesitation.
