I ordered a steak sandwich half onions half plain. When I got home I had a sandwich that was all peppers and half onions. When I called to tell them about it they said they could only do something if I brought it back. It was their “policy”. I was the only customer in the store and they still messed up my order. The asst. manager has “no power” to fix it later. Don’t go, they will probably mess up your sandwich too and then make an extra trip to fix it.
Just had a 10/10 experience at Jersey mikes. The group of guys working on August 8 2026 definitely need to be recognized for their GREAT customer service. I thought Jersey mikes closed at 10, pulled up at 8:52 and saw a young guy mopping and a few guys behind the counter cleaning up. As i walked to the door i saw it said they close at 9pm, i peeked in and asked if they were still taking orders and if it was too much of a hassle i would come back another time. Conner, Zane, Keegan and Jeremiah made some amazing sandwiches for a friend gathering absolutely amazing would suggest this location for any subs
Hands down the best non salty roast beef sub around. I'm addicted to how delicious it is .
