Stopped in Saturday for lunch. Ordered a mikes chicken Philly bowl. Was standing at the counter, because I was expecting to go over what all toppings I wanted. The girl said she would bring it to me at the table when ready, to which I replied oh, okay, but I wanted all the toppings and mikes way. What an incredible team! The food quality and service is unmatched at our Bardstown Jersey Mike's. Today I picked up an order for our office during the lunch rush. The grill was down, but despite the challenge you could tell this team had rallied and were committed to providing the best possible experience for customers. This location is fast, friendly, exceptionally clean, and the quality of our meal met the same standard as the staff that served us. 5+++ stars earned!

First time here today! Exceptional customer service! All the staff (Chelsea, Cheissy, Terence, Jose and Lucas) were outstanding and very sweet! Sandwiches were also yummy and the place was super clean! What more can you ask for!
