They are quite rude, act bothered when taking your order, talk about you and other customers and act as though you can’t hear them. The sandwich is NEVER right. When you go to the counter to ask for the missing ingredients they say “it wasn’t on the ticket.” That’s because your employee didn’t feel like writing it down! They can’t even get extra mayonnaise right🤦♀️
I've been a regular customer here for some time now and I can say the turn-over rate here is high, the music is too loud, the service is poor and now they seem to short change you every time you pay in cash. I just paid $18.85 for a regular Italian Sub because the cashier short changed me again and didn't give me a receipt either; just like last week. Delicious subs, quality service and clean location. Staff were friendly and location was well lit
I have been frequenting this location for the past couple of months and decided to write a review tonight after a wonderful experience. I ordered my sandwiches through the app and when i arrived at the store i saw no less than 16 orders being worked on. The crew was well organized and appeared to have zero stress. This is a great location with really good service and friendly staff. I’ve started coming here a lot lately and it’s consistently really good. You can watch them make your food with love and care. They do a great job every time and you can tell the ingredients are fresh. Some of these older reviews don’t reflect my recent experience at all. It’s by far the best place around to get a sub.
