Very unprofessional and intentionally destroys orders.
The photo says it all. I open and it is just a puddle of idk what . It was not appetizing at all. Money wasted I did not even eat it . Will be asking for a refund .
They are quite rude, act bothered when taking your order, talk about you and other customers and act as though you can’t hear them. The sandwich is NEVER right. When you go to the counter to ask for the missing ingredients they say “it wasn’t on the ticket.” That’s because your employee didn’t feel like writing it down! They can’t even get extra mayonnaise right🤦♀️
I've been a regular customer here for some time now and I can say the turn-over rate here is high, the music is too loud, the service is poor and now they seem to short change you every time you pay in cash. I just paid $18.85 for a regular Italian Sub because the cashier short changed me again and didn't give me a receipt either; just like last week. You can say whatever you like but I gave you a Twenty Dollar Bill with a big red message stamped on the back of it. BTW, there's a new Jersey Mike's in White Oak and I'll be go... read more
