I feel like customer service has gone down everywhere and THIS Jersey Mikes was pretty up there with poor service. No one acknowledged me for a solid 3+ mins. I waited for a min, and then asked the employee working the slicing machine if I was supposed to order with her or somewhere else. She nicely told me I was in the right spot and nothing happened for a few more minutes after that. Guy who did my sub wasn’t necessarily rude but you could tell he didn’t wanna be there. This location SUCKS. They don’t put enough meat and charge you extra if you ask for a NORMAL amount. The bread also tastes stale. Never coming back here again.
Terribly old/stale breads on both sandwiches that I ordered and staff seemed not to want to be there.
Forgot to add my banana peppers and jalapeños. Food was plain because of it.
