I ordered through the Jersey Mike’s app at 1:37 PM with a 2:24 PM estimated delivery time. At 3:09 PM, the food still had not arrived, so I called the store. The employee who answered was pleasant, took my number, and said she would call me back in about 10 minutes. She never did. DoorDash finally delivered my order around 3:27 PM, 63 minutes late. Came to pick up a paid catering order. No one was aware of order, staff wasn’t ready and general manager had no clue about order even thought he made order himself when we met to start new business relationship. Staff end up making order on the spot, delay 30 min+ and sloppy sandwiches. They mailed out invites to start catering business which was great but first order and they bail out. No good for business

I usually get jersey mikes but from a different place that’s local from where I live but I went here on my way and it was a hot sub which the bread was harder then usual which it’s never is and it wasn’t even hot at much and toasted. No hair nets used for food safety. Which is a safety hazard

Very friendly staff and clean atmosphere. Good sandwich but too expensive for what you get
