I come in, order my food and wait. I'm the only person in the whole place and I'm standing there for 15 minutes, money out and waiting to pay. He finally goes to ring me up and then tells me that he cant take a 50 dollar bill on a 38 dollar meal. I let him know that this is the only money on me I have, and he suggests that I go down the road to break the bill at HEB and come back. Make this make sense. Eat there regularly. Received a coupon in the mail which we decided to use. Got some push back from the employees for using a coupon for myself and my wife. Food was great as usual, but the attitude and whispers from the employees after we ordered made it a stressful situation as we ate in the restaurant. Bad experience.
Answered and they said please hold. Been on hold now for 13 minutes and counting. Which means if anyone else calls it’s busy. If I hang up. The phone is off the hook and the phone is still busy. If they do answer then they are out of bread. This isn’t the first this has happened I’ll research to get to get to corporate office. Hopefully they can fix this….
