I ordered a BLT. Only got B . Yep just bacon on bread- here ya go. It an online order but I have to suspend my belief that someone could interpret that and go “yeah that’s what I’d have, send it”.
What an amazing experience from the crew last night, although it was slammed pack with customers waiting for onlines and the printer just going wild, the team stayed calm and kept smiles on their faces. Everyone was working with speed and gratitude, looked like online orders were being made with a timely effort and they didn’t leave us guest in line waiting too long. Been going here for over a year. Subs are just okay compared to the jersey mikes I’ve had in other locations in the past. I get jalapeños on the sandwich and almost everytime I get a large stem, crazy this can’t be caught and removed before serving the customer. Today I placed an online order and then drove to the location and proceeded to wait until a 40+ minute total, wasting my lunch with nothing to show for. I rarely leave reviews but the workers working Wednesday afternoon around were so kind! The gentleman making my order miss heard my order and when I mentioned the mistake he went out of his way to make it right. It was a small gesture, but kindness makes a difference! I will definitely be making this a regular lunch spot when we need a easy meal, thank you!
Serving size to price ratio is absurd... This is what $9.75 gets you, an extremely small amount of tuna salad, 3 small tomatoes, and 3 pickles... There's barely any toppings to choose from either. First and last time here.
