I understand they were working on a large catering order, but the employees seemed to absolutely hate their job. No smiles, no thank you’s, they actually seemed irritated to take our order. It took forever to get our food and the chicken, bacon, ranch sandwich was horrible. Subway has a better one. We are going to stick with Jimmy John’s who have better service and food.

Tailor, Liam, Rob, Christian Connor and Nikita are all great workers. They are always super friendly and patient whenever you have a big order. On top of that they are hard workers, I never hear them complain whenever they’re swamped with orders. Definitely give my props to these guys

I ordered a Cheesesteak with everything on it and only received meat and cheese, it was a very dry sandwich and the staff didnt have the best customer service and the food took forever to get after I ordered. It was my first time coming to a Jersey mikes and I was treated a bit dumb for not knowing what I wanted and just wasn’t a good experience. I will not be coming back.

Always waiting on something, food is never ready for pick up when scheduled. Then when you inform them you’re here for a pickup. They still take hundred of years. It’s literally sauce, cheese, meats, & condiments. It shouldn’t be that hard to get out a sandwich. Especially when you have a handful of people handling the sandwich.
