The sandwiches are usually great, but the in-person service usually isn’t so great (we usually have our sandwiches delivered). For example, right now, I’ve been sitting outside for over 30 minutes waiting for a curbside order that was supposed to be ready at 1:31 pm. I’ve called to ask if there are specifics parking spots they’d like me to use, but I’m not getting an answer. Horrendous. Some female comes from the back after u wait 5 minutes. Walks out from back looks at me and another person with a baby says nothing. Does nothing to help us. Myself and woman and a baby just walked out. Ridiculous. Unreal attitude works for me she is gone. Owner would not like this. This store needs a lesson on serving the customer. It's always been tenuous but now no longer will I go here.
One of the better Jersey Mike’s! Staff is very helpful and fairly quick. Every sandwich I have ordered has been correct and delicious.
