We frequent this store in person about once a week, and order online at at least twice a week. If you go in person, you will get better results. Whenever we order online, they frequently short us items like lettuce and to tomatoes. It's disappointing when your salad arrives with no lettuce.... it's a salad! I think there needs to be more attention to detail, and standards that your employees should understand so that your product offerings are at least consistent. You need to improve!
This is a good Jersey Mikes! The staff is super friendly, the sandwiches were perfect and the bathroom was clean!
Jersey Mike's always slaps. This place was slammed with a lunch rush getting both pickup orders as well as a packed dining area with a long line of guests. There were seven in my party. We looked at the line and got nervous about how long it might take. The team of people working behind the counter were fast and efficient and very nice and got through the bulk of guests quickly. Not only was the service quick, but the sandwiches did not suffer from the haste. They were delicious and made with love.
I frequented this establishment at least twice a week. One day out of the blue, the guy told me that he was canceling my order and when I asked why, he replied, "I have my reasons." Um okay.....so then a week later I placed a delivery order and that was also cancelled. I tip on every order, even tho I always take it to go. I'm polite and kind to the employees. And for the record, I never got that refund for my order that was cancelled. Paid $20 for my $11 sub as carry out and no sir, you most certainly DID NOT refund my mone... read more
