I’ve been to Jersey Mike’s many times and usually have great experiences. At this location we had a pickup order and stood by the register like we normally do. The employee asked if we were ordering, but the tone came across a bit irritated, which made the interaction feel awkward. It wasn’t a big deal, but a slightly more welcoming approach would make the experience better for customers.
Great sandwiches, the staff is always so nice and welcoming. I am never let down by the itailan sub and it's my go to sandwich. The staff work very hard to be fast and efficient while working the line I the store and while doing online orders. The staff work great as a team to communicate to keep things moving smoothly. Thank you all for being amazing!!
