Felt compelled to leave a review after several months of occasionally hitting up this location during my lunch break, as JM is the only fast food place I feel comfortable ordering from anyway as a person with celiac disease and this location is especially great about it. I just leave a note on my online order and the staff here gets it right every time—no cross contamination, order always correct (and good!) on the GF sub, and I have never once gotten “glutened” or sick after eating here. Great service friendly and professional customer service. Always can count on a good sandwich.
Not sure about the food because I've been standing here for 20 minutes waiting for my online order that was supposed to be ready 20 minutes ago. They know I am here, but continue to make other orders that have walked in after me. I will not be back. This is just embarrassing for them at this point. At least 10 people have walked in and out since I have been here, and they have yet to start my order. The food was also terrible. WAY too many jalapenos. Just bad. Also too much spicy relish.
