I’m not usually one to write reviews, but today on September 9, me and my wife’s hot subs were made terribly. There was an immense amount of pepper seasoning on both of our sandwiches. Both of our sandwiches were seriously soggy and soaking, our cheese on our subs were not fully melted, and the peppers and onions not fully cooked either. And not to mention, our sandwiches were pretty cold. I very rarely have issues at this location, but I haven’t had a sandwich made this poorly and a very long time.
Overall not good experience placed mobile order 5:37pm said it’d be ready at 5:52pm. Ended up waiting till after 6:15pm to receive order because employee made it incorrect first time then after making the order again the employee dropped it on the floor after wrapping it, proceeded to pick it up off the floor and rebags to give the order to my fiancé once I got home the order was still wrong the #8 had the wrong toppings as well as the #9 lastly when I called to get a refund the manager and team seem to be laughing about the... read more
Husband went to pick up order Saturday night and it just seems this place can’t make an order right. We wanted the Famous Mikes Philly cheesesteak Giant with extra mayo and the peppers on the side. Well they only fixed a regular and the lady even read the order back to him. Well when he got up to the register to pay, my husband was like that’s not for a giant.
