The two working this morning are absolutely amazing great customer service
I ordered 2 sandwhiches, waited over 20 mins brought my sandwiches home just to find one of them to be completely gross and burnt inside. It's disgusting and inedible. I also was not given a receipt so that I can call or reference my order or anything! I called, ended up speaking with the manager who tried to claim “she’s not sure how it took long or is burnt because the sandwhiches have been made pretty fast” I repeated that it took over 20 mins and I had to bring one of my kids in to use the bathroom even and now I’m home ... read more
I honestly feel the is a hidden objective to not put bacon on anything. Every single time i come in and order a bowl it is missing bacon and I have to have them fix it. Literally I have never ordered and received the order correct.
