Jocelyn is such a wonderful employee! She’s a joy to interact with and her memory is impeccable. She’s is always so helpful and great with recommendations. It’s always a joy to come grab a sandwich after a long shift and see that she is the one to provide the best service and interaction with. I hope her contributions and presence are valued here. 10/10.
This location is ideal as it has adequate parking and accessible. The manager Monica displays a professional attitude and very friendly….this location is alot more pleasant than the other one here in Killeen. Kudos to Monica for setting the standard.
The sandwiches are good and we always satisfied.
Ordered through the app for pickup for my coworkers and I for lunch every other week. Never failed and sandwhiches have been delicious.
I frequent this location, and up to now it was good. However the gentleman who was making the sandwich seemed distracted. The ladies were bubbly and accommodating, but this guy was giving off bad vibes. He also took the lettuce and peppers that fell onto the cutting/prep board and proceeded to put it back into the containers instead of clearing it and wiping off the board for next sandwich.
