Amazing staff, clean restaurant and bathrooms. We went here several days in a row and staff was always friendly and the order was always correct and tasted great. After going so many days, they knew my son's order. Jersey Mike's is always one of our favorites. :)
There's no other choice for excellence when eating subs. JM is absolutely my only go to or I go without. It must be Jersey Mike's 🤗
I have been faithful to Jersey for 5 years now. This location has lost their customer service, quality and soul. Jersey does not care about the customer anymore. Make sure to check your sandwich before you leave if grabbing and going.
Jocelyn is such a wonderful employee! She’s a joy to interact with and her memory is impeccable. She’s is always so helpful and great with recommendations. It’s always a joy to come grab a sandwich after a long shift and see that she is the one to provide the best service and interaction with. I hope her contributions and presence are valued here. 10/10.
This location is ideal as it has adequate parking and accessible. The manager Monica displays a professional attitude and very friendly….this location is alot more pleasant than the other one here in Killeen. Kudos to Monica for setting the standard.
