I went in with a complicated sub order, but the workers (Sammy, Eliot, and Adriana) handled it exceptionally! They were managing many other orders at the time, but my sub came out perfectly and very quickly. I will definitely go back to this Jersey Mikes.

One of the worst customer service location. Took 20 some minutes for 4 team members make 2 sandwiches. That’s also after we asked to see what’s was taking so long. While our sandwich was half way done they were missing some vegetables but no one took any initiative to grad more while we jsut waited. After asking them what’s hold is , team leader had such a bad attitude. If I wasn’t with my family and alone it would have been bad bad scene

All teens, eager to catch up w/friend at another store. No adult manager. No one to keep crew accountable or running grill. I came in & ordered before their friend. The kid watching the grill didn’t & wondered how much his friend was making instead of working & getting the order done. All social time. She got hers first, of course. I planned on eating in, but walked out. I won’t go back to this store.
