This had been our go to for authentic Philadelphia cheese steak sandwiches. Unfortunately,cutting corners, they now make a lousy look alike sandwiche. Now they start with a glob of pre-cooked beef and it's down hill from there. I will not return because you all forgot how to make good stuff.
They charge you $20 for a large sandwich and they have some immature High-school looking kids laughing and playing, forgetting to start orders and making them incorrectly. I had to remind the girl making my giant 43 to put the Chipotle sauce on it. The owner needs to make sure that their employees prioritize their jobs to having fun. I will never go back to this location and if you're reading this you shouldn't patronize them either.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! will blatantly ignore you as a customer. I’m a DoorDasher and I recently went in to grab an order and the employee (he has a nose piercing) ignored me then when I spoke up he said nothing, made the order then just threw it towards me. I addressed it and he didn’t even apologize. DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS! I’m a door dasher and every time I come to pick up orders are NEVER ready. employees will play, talk and laugh ignoring customers.
