I’m speaking directly to the owners of this location. I’ve been leadership positions in retail for the last ten years. I’m not sure if I’ve ever witnessed a more unprofessional manager in my life. This has happened twice now in the last month. While standing in line waiting for my sub, this manager starts yelling, not talking, yelling at customers like he’s on an NFL field taunting the other teams player that he just leveled. “Ya good, ya good, what’s good”… like chill out guy. Took food to go. Sandwich is always delicious beyond expectations. I would easily put this place as the best sub shop. #9 is my favorite
This Jersey Mike's location is consistently top-tier. The staff always greet you when you arrive and make quality sandwiches as ordered. The restaurant is well-maintained and clean. There is plenty of parking in the free parking lot in the greater outlet mall.
