Poor customer service. I did an on-line order that was supposed to be ready at 4:07pm. I arrived at 4:04pm in the pickline stood there for over 45mins until one of the employees finally approached and asked if I was picking up an on-line order they apologized for the wait but WOW 45mins later you finally come up and ask if im here for an order this is very poor service!

Came in ane it took over 20 minutes to even get waited on. There were 3 visible employees, 1 making online orders and then 2 others doing various tasks. This should never take this long to get service. The only person helping walk in customers kept walking away and was very unpleasant. If you are busy you should hire more people or train them to help as people come in.
