Seriously how hard is it to get an order right?? Don’t even bother asking for any omissions cause you will NOT get what you asked for!
This Jersey Mikes location is always on point, specifically the 2 ladies working tonight. They handled a wave of orders/customers efficiently and effectively while ensuring they always greeted each customer with a smile. This kind of customer service is what we need more of in those world. Management needs to have stay conversations with them before they get a better offer elsewhere.
There should be leadership on site to make sure everyone is taking care of the customer. A team for to-go and one for in store. Put in my order at 11:02 for 11:21 pickup. I have been in the store since 11:19. It’s 11:53 and my bag sits empty. If I had a lunch time frame I would have had to cancel. I’ll update with the time I finally got my one sandwich. 12:13 I finally got my sandwich…. My pepperoni was left off and they put the bacon I removed on it, after all that waiting….
Worst Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever been too. Small meat portion on a “club supreme”and the bread is far past prime at 8pm on a Tuesday. I’m used to Midwest and Southeast portions… they’re really cutting corners here.
