Came in, and was greeted , ordered a sandwich and was told they will send it down the line(first time that happened, usually they start slicing it in front of you)that person took off, next person came up, and grabbed the bread 🍞 to start, then a customer came up, and they started taking their order instead of making my sandwich, so I walked out smh 1/7/26 afternoon
Super Clean, Fast Service & My Go-To Tuna Sub Spot! Stopped by the Jersey Mike’s in Avondale after my workout and had a really great experience. This location is one of the cleanest and most well-kept Jersey Mike’s I’ve been to in the area — everything from the counters to the restrooms was spotless. I ordered my usual mini tuna sandwich “Mike’s Way”, and it was absolutely perfect — fresh bread, crisp veggies, and just the right amount of dressing. Service absolutely slow and horrible! More worried about cleaning and making ALL of the orders instead of each one individually. I arrived 30 minutes before my work shift with plenty of time and it took 25 minutes horrible attention to customer service.The girls slicing the meats has absolutely no attitude.Other than bad
The employees are nice, but this is the second time I come (back to back) & my sandwich is not good. It’s SUPER dry and not good. I won’t be coming to this location no more. They also need to make sure they’re stock in supplies , for example cups, straws, etc….
My husband and I went in for lunch. We ordered a cold sub and a hot sub. They forgot to make the hot sub, and when one of the employees reminded another to make it they got upset and I could hear them say “no one told me.” Then he proceeds to use his dirty gloves he was wearing to sweep and clean to grab food and throw it on the grill. Bad infection control. Place is a mess.
