I give all of Bernadette and Ed’s restaurants very high ratings and reviews. I have high esteem for both of them. Also all of their restaurants and restaurant staff. Poughkeepsie South rd is awesome. Ben is a gifted manager. His staff are welcoming, inviting, ask how your day is. You can observe quickly there subs are wonderfully made. The heating too during this winter is really warm and cozy. Subs are smaller and more expensive. They were bought by private equity, and like everything else that private equity touches they made it worse for the customer. Don't shop here, ever. Edit to respond to owner: They are significantly smaller and more expensive. Why would gaslighting be your go-to move here?
Used the app to order so didn't have to wait long for the order when I got there to pick it up considering there was a line for walk in ordering. Food was fresh.
Horrible experience, I walked in to pick up my online order I was looked at and completely ignored me. A man walked in after me and they asked him if he was there for a pick up, while I was still standing there. The two men continued their conversation about skating until I walked out and had my significant other, who wasn’t ignored, walk in and pick up the order.
