Waited in line for almost 10 minutes to be told that the POS system was down and they were accepting cash only. Maybe tell that to customers when they enter the store? Also weird that mobile orders are now placed at the very back of the store.
I came in and there was only one person working, he appeared to be the manager and was in a meeting while also being the only person making sandwiches. Despite being super busy he maintained a positive attitude and was very personable and funny. overall great customer service but i wish he had some help during these busier times.
Excellent service
