1 year later - back to super slow. Understaffed? +1 hour for 2 sandwiches ordered in the app. April 2024 update - we’ve been back a few times and things are MUCH better! Going to five stars. Original review - Food good. Problem is these guys are sloths. Seemed to be living in slow motion. Had not started mine at the promised ready time even though nothing was being made when I came in. Jersey Mike’s sandwiches slap, no doubt. but yo, why I gotta play detective every time I order extra meat? I paid for that double stack and y’all hit me with the ‘Where’s the beef?’ special. Twice now I ordered through the app and showed up to a mystery sub. Stop playing me like I’m new here, I ain’t no bozo with a coupon. Y’all lucky your sandwiches still hit or I’d be writing this from inside a Subway.

Got a sub later today and let’s just say I loved the experience, staff was so professional and quick there was a huge rush. These two young ladies and tall young gentleman handled it like bosses with smiles on their faces. Really would love to come again and truly recommend!!
