People were sitting down instead of working on preparing food. The floor and counter were extremely dirty. Sad to see such a good place not being run correctly.
Very courteous employees and the sandwiches are as fresh as they come.
This happens often. Bad service, temperamental employees, burnt and overcooked food, asked him not to forget to cut in half and he gave me a blank stare and then a nod. Dirty prep station. Never going back.
