Apparently at the East Stroudsburg location on Lincoln Ave, “hot pepper relish ON THE SIDE” means slathering it all over the sandwich until it’s soaking wet. Add rude service and a dirty restaurant, and the experience is even worse. Trying to complain is nearly impossible: the phone system only directs callers to press 7 for catering. I didn’t want catering, I wanted to speak to somebody….make your voicemail message clear.
nice employees but horribly slow
Subs were great . We got two giants subs and shared 2 adults and 3 kids . It was good price and more than enough . Bathrooms were not clean and had a weird smell .
