Above and beyond is how I describe this business. We needed a platter of sandwiches sent to our family that had just experienced a loss, but we lived to far to pick it up and deliver it ourselves. This business does not have a delivery service but after hearing our situation and circumstances Tim offered to bring it there for us when he got off of work. We had a death in the family and we were trying to no avail to get subs delivered to the house. I thought I would try Jersey Mikes in Netcong even though they didn’t mention anything that they deliver. I called and spoke with Tim. Tim told me that yes, they don’t deliver. I told him that we had a death in the family and I was far and I couldn’t get anyone to deliver subs to the house. WELL….. This is by far the friendliest location I’ve ever been to.
To the staff working the evening/night shift today, you guys rock! My husband and I came in around 6pm with our 18month old for some quick dinner. We all left with smiles on our faces. The service couldn't have been better! From the attention to detail on our food, to making us all feel like we were part of the Jersey Mike's family, our hearts left full. It's rare that you get this level of service at a "fast food" place anymore. You all deserve a raise! Thank you!! :)
