I am a 4 time a month customer and noticed the rapid price increases to over $20 for a sub. You do serve a quality product, however the new leverage buyout team is pushing the prices well beyond value. Your competition in town is $10.99 for a bigger sub with all the fixings. My personal opinion, you went too far on 3 price increases in 5 months, I think you will hit the tipping point and will lose your customer base, as with most leverage buyouts, think P.F. Chang, T.G.I.Fridays as recent examples of leverage buyout failures... read more
