Went to go get a sub sandwich which I drove 20 miles to do get there at 8:49 sign still says they’re open a walk-in and they’re serving Other people and they told me they were closed and then I needed to leave pretty much and I told him we’ll turn your sign off because it says you’re opening and then the online says you’re still open. Manger complained to the other employees about pay and tips most of time we were eating inside. My wife ordered a GF sandwich. And they didn’t ask if it was an allergy or not. All other stores do. One employee was upset and complained about the company advertising the GF bread in front of us. Wife said the bathroom was dirty as well
I was looking forward to a splurge on expensive sandwich March 2026. My experience was horrible. The manager was extremely rude. She was bullying her employees and they got my $30 sandwich completely wrong. All I wanted was an Italian Mike’s way. That should be easy right? I won’t be back to this location.
The sandwiches are always so fresh and delicious and the employees are always so kind and uplifting! One of our favorite places! 🥪 😊
