Three guys standing side by side at the counter making one sandwich talking about nonsense not acknowledging a customer coming into their store. I think their supervisor sitting at a table doing paperwork had to tell them to stop talking and acknowledge the customer waiting. Disrespectful employees with no sense of customer service. Crap music playing too loud.
Music is always blaring ! And don't get me wrong... i love loud music ! But So uncomfortable atmosphere to stand in and try to communicate what you want on your sandwich. Two young ladies helping today.. not at all friendly. Club sandwich was wrong meats. It is HARD to really like this location. I want to ! But ...
I recommend the chicken salad sandwich. It's good quality and tasty. The quality of the food is better than the attitude of the employees. They were unwelcoming and seemed hesitant to take our order. It made the whole experience awkward.
The woman with short hair and yellow green eyeliner making our sandwiches was extremely rude. She kept walking away while we were ordering making it difficult for us to complete the order. The food was flavorless and just ok. I would choose Subway over this place any day of the week.
As ypu walk in the employees greet you loud & kindly. The restaurant was clean & they prepared our sandwiches fast. The phily cheese was a 10! My mini turkey sandwich was refreshing.
