I was looking forward to a splurge on expensive sandwich March 2026. My experience was horrible. The manager was extremely rude. She was bullying her employees and they got my $30 sandwich completely wrong. All I wanted was an Italian Mike’s way. That should be easy right? I won’t be back to this location.
The sandwiches are always so fresh and delicious and the employees are always so kind and uplifting! One of our favorite places! 🥪 😊
My wife is pregnant, so she had limited options when she requested the modifications. The lady with glasses gave her a terrible look. My kids don’t drink soda or chips, so we only wanted the sandwich. Instead, they made us buy the full kids’ meal. This is the first time we’ve had a bad experience. We usually go to some locations in Allen, Texas, but this was the worst.
Food is great and Brandi likes to always go above and beyond to help you out
