Would not recommend Jersey Mike's in Thomasville. I recently had a bad sandwich and I reached out via email about my order and nothing was done. Absolutely terrible!
I ordered a big kahuna and I was not pleased. I usually eat at this location and it's normally pretty good but 2 days ago I wasn't satisfied at all. My cheese was not melted and the bread was just ok. It seems as If my sandwich was just thrown together. I've reached out and left a concern through the Jersey mikes link online and nobody has reached out regarding my issue.
First time at this location and 10/10. The guy that took my order was enthusiastic, kind, and fast. I’ve seen that stores will heat the meat if you’re pregnant (which I’m not lol) but I asked anyway and he has zero issue doing it for me which was so nice! Store was clean, all employees were kind- but seriously shout out to the dude that agreed to heat my turkey! I wish I had gotten his name so I could add it to this review.

The staff's that work here is very professional and kind. My husband and I love this place.
