I am a regular customer at this particular Jersey Mike’s it’s close to my home & because I have several chronic illnesses there’s certain places I can’t eat so I come here often because I can eat here with no issues. Every time I get a hot sub (at least 6 times now!) & it goes back behind the counter to the teenagers their laughing playing talking about the customers they never make my sandwich right! I try to be as kind as I can. I try my best not to have an attitude & say what I want clearly… Tonight I asked for rosemary b... read more
This evening I called in a number 7 which is turkey on wheat lettuce on the side etc . I’m a diabetic so this meal was pivotal to the rest of my night ! When I received the order it was a steak and cheese fresh off the grill ! I don’t eat beef so what’s next ?? I called back to express what happened and the manager says can you come back this evening.. I cannot because I’m at work .. Now I’m sick cafeteria closed so now I have to leave work early .. Missing out on 198 bucks because a Jersey Mike employee was not paying atten... read more
Worst sub of my life. Not worth talking about.
I came on here during my lunch and usually I get me a uniform discount as I always get one and so I asked to have it applied and they said they don't do it anymore. I believe that girl was lying as I saw how that other girl was looking at her when she shook her head at me. I mean I get it, but she could also just said the uniform discount doesn't apply for Walmart workers too (If I am not wrong since we do wear uniforms). Also they put less meat on the sandwiches too which was like wow.
Not as good as it used to be. ,Update,,, 2026 this place is even worse I’ve been to probably 30 different jersey Mike’s across the United States and this is the worst one. The worst Customer Service , the stingiest meat on sandwiches for the most expensive price. Don’t waste your time, go to any other Jersey Mike’s.
