I came on here during my lunch and usually I get me a uniform discount as I always get one and so I asked to have it applied and they said they don't do it anymore. I believe that girl was lying as I saw how that other girl was looking at her when she shook her head at me. I mean I get it, but she could also just said the uniform discount doesn't apply for Walmart workers too (If I am not wrong since we do wear uniforms). Also they put less meat on the sandwiches too which was like wow.
Not as good as it used to be. ,Update,,, 2026 this place is even worse I’ve been to probably 30 different jersey Mike’s across the United States and this is the worst one. The worst Customer Service , the stingiest meat on sandwiches for the most expensive price. Don’t waste your time, go to any other Jersey Mike’s.
I came in on a Sunday DoorDash twice one of the guys the light skin was rude. They don’t greet you. They don’t speak. I had to say hello twice I didn’t even order. I just got ice and walked out because I wasn’t feeling involved at all. I would never come back to this Jersey Mike again I will stick the Northman. It’s sad this Generation of teenagers don’t have no manners and just look angry for no reason come on do better black folks!
If you do not like people do not work in a customer service job. My family and I will not be back.
