My fiance and I just went to jersey Mike's on 82nd by Walmart. We got 2 sandwiches. We had to remind them 3 times that we did not want lettuce, tomato or onion on one sandwich and everything on the 2nd. They still managed to put onion on the first sandwiches and there was only chicken salad and bread on the second and it comes off their own menu. I was rushed and talked rudely too. What happened to this location? So slow and disorganized. After my sandwiches were completed no one went to the register to ring it up. After a few minutes of standing there I said I need to pay so I can leave. When I got home they did even put the avocado and bacon on one sandwich that I paid extra for. I'll probably take a break from this location and try again maybe in 6 months to see if they improve.
This used to my favorite Jersey Mikes a couple years ago but not anymore…. they are slow, some of the people on the line don’t know the sandwich’s/ meat ( one of the guys didn’t know the difference between ham and turkey), they are silent when they are working ( no talking with customers or being friendly). I am so disappointed to see how stale this establishment has gotten. I am unsure if it was just the people who were working at that time or maybe the gentleman was new. Sandwiches were fantastic as always!
