We love coming to this location the staff is always friendly and quick! Food is fresh!!! Keep it up!
Absolutely terrible customer service and appears to be managed by irresponsible people with a lack of accountability. I’ve repeatedly placed orders at this location and have received the wrong sandwiches or was kept waiting for far too long (up to 30+ minutes…yes). I place the blame entirely on management and the owners. To the owner, you need to get responsible adults to manage that location and offer better customer service. Once you do that, let me know and I might pay you a visit again.
I’ve come to this location a few times and almost everytime something is wrong with my order. This time was the last straw. How do you forget to Mikes Way my sandwich. I asked for no tomatoes but I guess the “workers” thought that meant no Lettuce,Onions,and oil. Better off driving to Cary for a decent Jersey Mikes.
Food is okay just like you expect. However now, it seems like tipping is "mandatory" in Jersey Mike's (a fast food place). When paying, you're presented with the options of tipping or choosing "other" and if you choose "other", you cannot even pay 0$ Haha. Bizzare. Pay your workers well before depending on tips. This is not a diner where tipping is expected. Do better.
