Wouldn’t know about the food because I never got served. Service is the worst I’ve ever seen. Took my steak bowl order, made other people’s orders that came in after me but not mine. I wonder what they thought I was just sitting in there for?
They don't listen when u tell them what u want,what is the sense of them asking u what u want,and didn't even cut my Sub.They better train there employees.
What a sad horrible change in such a short time! The place is filthy and the food is never ready when it is suppose to be. But the staff is not trained. They do not speak to any one- no hello when you come in and no eye contact. This is the second experience in a row. Long lines and no motivation seen by any of the staff. After waiting for over 2 hours they are still not open. (supposed to open at 10 tacky makeshift sign says low staffed opening late) Now at 1:00pm all 3 workers inside standing around still talking. Shame the subs are good the employees just aren’t cutting it.
