Staff is always very pleasant, kind, welcoming, and friendly. They definitely remember faces and you can tell they have a lot of regulars. The staff is always on point with quality and cleanliness as well.
The manager and staff are the best.. Went to the one on Hunt Club Blvd near Apopka.. We own a small sandwich shoppe in Lake Wales Fl..wish I could find a manager like him..Joseph Sims!!

It's been at least 10 years since I have had Jersey Mike's. I remember it being way different than what it was today. The bread today was barely cooked, like it was almost white on the bottom and had 0 crisp what s ever to it. I remember the meat being more flavorful too, this one was just mediocre and was shaved paper thin including the cheese which you couldn't even taste due to how think it was sliced.
