I’m waiting forever for a simple hoagie. The staff are so slow and incompetent that it takes them ages to make something this basic. They seriously need some training.
I live in NJ and love Jersey Mike’s. I am a long time customer. This was my first time at the West Chester store and they did not disappoint. I ordered 2 catering boxes and the guests thought the sandwiches were fresh and delicious !

I was “that” customer coming in a second after opening this morning, and honestly could not have encountered a more pleasant staff. They even offered some great local food recommendations for while we’re in the area. Glad I stopped in this morning!
Staff is super friendly and never have to wait.
