I ordered the same giant sandwich 3 different times and all 3 times they did not follow the instructions provided. Each time the mistake was different but this last time was a doozy. I ordered a #13 Mike’s Way with extra onions and cut in half and wrapped as two separate sandwiches. The sandwich I got had no vegetables or vinegar and oil and it was not cut in half. I called to raise a complaint and was told I had to bring the sandwich back to the store for a refund. That totally defeats the purpose of ordering through the ap... read more
