Subway who? Seriously. This place is excellent. The prices are reasonable, and the quality of food is incredible. They are NOT trying to scam you. You will not be disappointed in the amount that they stuff these sandwiches. Particular shoutout to the team who was working around 4:30-5 on April 16th. Very friendly and helpful, made a banger sandwich, and were so committed I even overheard them talking amongst themselves about techniques to cook better food in relation to the job. The sub was fine. However, when I politely pointed out that I was being charged $1 more than the clearly posted special price (shown on the menu, at the toppings counter, and on the big poster on the window), the woman behind the counter responded dismissively, repeating several times, ‘well no one else has had a problem with it.’ The interaction felt unnecessarily rude, especially since it was a reasonable request to be charged the advertised price.
I needed something for lunch yesterday and ran across this location looking. I had not been to Jersey Mike's in about 10- years. Walking in the facility was clean and appeared to be well organized. The staff greeted me and were friendly. I wasn't super hungry and saw they had a minisub as an option so I ordered a Italian mini. I placed a mobile order for a big kahuna cheese steak around 1145a. The app said it'll be ready at 12:26p (35min wait). When I got there, the place was empty, only 1 customer and 1 cashier. I picked up, drove home, took a bite, and it's chicken, not beef! I've ordered here occasionally bc it was the only branch still open within 15-20 min drive. Previous orders were as slow but at least they were correct (I always order the same thing). $12/sandwich, non rush hours, and still wrong? I'm done with this branch. Not recommended... read more
