I waited 2 weeks prior to deciding to issue the following PSA: this location is awful. Dirty, non existent customer service, and they close early even though their hours are posted on the door. I might write to corporate too. I had such a horrible experience. I arrived at 825 in-person on a Tuesday and was ignored for around 5 minutes as everyone cleaned around me while I waited at the counter. Nice place I like the giant sandwich.
I am very disappointed! I am not sure if it’s because I look young, humble or black but all the workers in there weren’t African American, they were Hispanics. I literally stood there for 10 mins, no one acknowledged me nor helped me! They were acting as if they were making online orders. So I just asked for a cup that I paid for and just when I am walking out the door, two white people come in, immediately got greeted and were asked for their orders.
