I am very disappointed! I am not sure if it’s because I look young, humble or black but all the workers in there weren’t African American, they were Hispanics. I literally stood there for 10 mins, no one acknowledged me nor helped me! They were acting as if they were making online orders. So I just asked for a cup that I paid for and just when I am walking out the door, two white people come in, immediately got greeted and were asked for their orders. Excellent sandwiches, never disappoints.
I placed an order to-go inside the store. They told me it would be a small wait time (15-20 mins) but in reality they make me wait 45mins. So when I check why it’s taking so long, they are making 5+ doordash orders while me and a few others stand around waiting 40+ mins. Also, after they give me my food they don’t pay me out insinuating that I should keep waiting so I speak up and tell them to check me out immediately!
