I needed something for lunch yesterday and ran across this location looking. I had not been to Jersey Mike's in about 10- years. Walking in the facility was clean and appeared to be well organized. The staff greeted me and were friendly. I wasn't super hungry and saw they had a minisub as an option so I ordered a Italian mini. I placed a mobile order for a big kahuna cheese steak around 1145a. The app said it'll be ready at 12:26p (35min wait). When I got there, the place was empty, only 1 customer and 1 cashier. I picked up, drove home, took a bite, and it's chicken, not beef! I've ordered here occasionally bc it was the only branch still open within 15-20 min drive. Messy , unwelcoming workers. It’s a burden to serve you! Store has been going down hill. I work in food service and I would never act like these workers do.
This is my first time in Jersey Mike. 30+ mins for a sandwich in a non busy shop is unacceptable. The stuffs seem busy chitchatting with each other rather than focusing on the customer. Ultimately got back without the food and decided to avoid this chain (Assuming all other locations follow same/similar standards).
