Me and my family decided to get some food and i will admit it was great. Only complaint i really have is my sandwhich. Idk if they messed up my order on accident or didn't even try. I got the big kahuna and there were no mushrooms at all, 1 slice of jalapeno, and red bell pepper after i asked for none in the order. I let it pass bc everyone got a perfect order except mine and on top of that everyone seemed tired, i've worked fastfood and i get it. An "Ok" exp overall🤷🏾♂️
Gave 5 wrong sandwiches and didn't customize them.
What a disappointment this place is. I used to really enjoy jersey mikes. I’m not sure what happened but it really seems like the employees just don’t care. They don’t take pride in their jobs and the customer service is severely lacking. I placed an order and drove 30 minutes to get it and when I get there, they tell me they are out of bread. There was no empathy from the staff- it was just like, oh well who cares. It’s really disheartening to see what the customer service industry has turned into.
It was my Mom’s first time and you have a new fan. My mom and I had an excellent experience and a delicious meal. Service was fantastic. Thank you 👍👍
They close at 8 instead of the posted hours 9pm.
