The food is amazing and the store is spotless. The new owners are doing awesome. The staff is polite and on point.

I came in for a pick up for uber eats and when I walked in I was waiting for 20 minutes before I even got the food and the manger came up and said sorry for the wait but it was with an attitude and she smelled like weed I was very unhappy with the customer service and the wait for the food. I will definitely continue my personal business with Jimmy John’s
Inside was perfect the food was so delicious and fresh treated me like family 10/10 would came again
