Service was a little slow.. But still friendly staff...
Their drink machine was down and I had already paid for a drink in the app in advance as part of my online order. After ignoring me for several minutes, they finally said I could get a refund, which they have not done to this day. I am out a drink that I paid for due to their machine breaking and I cannot get a credit in the app for a drink nor my money back.
It is the typical Jersey Mike’s chain restaurant. I have ordered here often and always get exactly what I order. Fresh bread fresh sliced deli meat. Good but somewhat limited toppings.
Got to admit we love our Mikes Subs, recently we learned something, which may or may not be true. Upon ordering my wife and looked at the menu to three noticeable size differences in bread, she ordered a mini since I'm twice her size I ordered a regular. Upon watching the young man cut the bread they were the exact same size, they then made our sandwiches and I made the note to the young man I ordered a regular those are the same size with not noticeable amount of ingredients.
