Every jersey Mikes I have gone to ALWAYS gives Military discount to honor America’s servicemen and servicewomen. Not this owner. First time here. And it will be my last time at Anthem Az Jersey Mike’s.
Tonight my family ordered Jersey Mikes on DD. The driver picked up half the order before the hot sandwiches were done. When I realized the error I called the store and they let me know what happened. When I arrived at the store Brandon was finishing up our hot sandwiches. When I saw 2 other sandwiches already in the bag I let him know that we already had the other 2. He said he made fresh hot sandwiches because he didn’t want the original ones to be soggy. He even went as far to write “fresh” on the 2 sandwiches he just made... read more
Ordered the number 7 and it appears that’s a mustard sandwich. I’m pretty sure they used a whole bottle of mustard. Nasty sandwich
Everytime I go here, the service is slow and the people working seem like they could care less about getting ppl their food. I have literally waited 20 mins in line when only 2 people were ahead of me and was never acknowledged by the staff like oh we'll be right with you or anything like that... completely rude. I tell myself I won't go back, but there are no other sub shops.... this last time I waited 30 mins and ended up just leaving. RUDE AND SLOW STAFF.
