Just took my mom 4 lunch she asked if the sub roll was fresh & soft of course they said yes we get our cold subs & our bread was hard & old they fully lied 2 us it was horrible & when I said something about it they all just walked 2 the back & never apologized or offered new fresh roll I just wanted a fresh sub roll seemed like it was previously frozen that's how bad it was 2 bad cause it ruined the whole sub
I went in there today just to get a sub but now I’m a permanent customer. The girl at the slicer was amazing and engaging taking multiple peoples orders at one time. The whole line of people behind the counter was great! They talked to me and you don’t see that a lot nowadays. Not to mention the best sub I’ve had even with the price being kinda expensive. I will be coming back again!
They sometimes get behind. But they let you know what is going on and they are all very pleasant. I like picking up from there.
