I’ve only been twice having just found out that they were only a couple miles from my house and both times have been an excellent experience. I was greeted both times, literally less than a minute wait for a staff member to take my order and each time every person was very pleasant. The food was very fresh and it was even good for lunch the next day as well. Definitely will be my sandwich place around the corner.
Jersey Mike's is a causal submarine sandwich chain. Founder of the company, Peter Cranco purchased his first sandwich shop in 1975 at the age of 17 in Point Pleasant, New Jersey. In 1987 he began franchising his sandwich shops. By 2015, the number of Jersey Mike's shops exceeded 1,000 and Cranco is still the owner and CEO of the company. Great subs and service!
I'm not sure on how your employee days were going but I did not feel welcome at all just the attitude all the by itself You have people walking into your store and you can't even get a smile You just get your food tossed around and throw it all around plus your fat food throat to you in a bag The worst customer service I have ever had without even having to say a word. Some people are just burnt out and don't like their job My suggestion to you is to find another one.
