Update- After speaking to Jason (the Franchisee of the company) I am giving this place 5 stars. He went out of his way to see to the issue getting fixed and accommodated me for the lost time from work due to the issues on this matter happening repeatedly. He was very sincere and understanding and reassured me that I should not have the same issue.
