I’ve been coming to Jersey Mike’s with my husband since this location first opened in 2022, and it truly used to be our favorite spot. We’d come in all the time and split a giant #13 “Mike’s Way” no onion, extra oregano and it was always perfect. Came in on 3/3 at 9:40 (yes I know it’s late but yall are still open for 20 mins) walked in the door and the male employee visibly rolled his eyes. I waited a while never got greeted. Got asked to what my order was from the female employee under her breath. Wasn’t sure if she was even speaking to me or not? Hello, I’m writing this review to praise the worker who prepared our food yesterday, while also highlighting a serious professionalism issue that made the environment uncomfortable for both employees and customers. We visited Jersey Mike’s on New Year’s Day around 1:00 PM. The store was extremely busy, with a high volume of online and large orders — completely expected on a holiday.
