The food is so good! Reasonably priced, and tasty. All employees have been very nice every time I've gone in.
I ordered the Italian Mike's way with mayo and pepper relish today around noon!! The sandwich was FIRE!! Best sandwich I've had in awhile!! Thank you very much!!
Rachel was awesome! She invited us to try Jersey Mike's In Effingham, as we've had some disappointing experiences elsewhere. So we took her up on her offer. The staff was friendly as soon as you walked in. Everybody was busy helping customers and very nice and attentive.
You have a sign above your mobile order area that says not to take the orders without assistance from a staff member. Would love to hear your explanation of your extremely rude blonde employee (8/14 at 11:30AM) snapping at me to just take the order if it was there after I asked for help. Being ignored by every employee while trying to follow a posted rule is never cool. Hire kinder people.
