My experience at the Effingham Jersey Mike's was extremely disappointing and frustrating. We arrived a full 40 minutes before the posted 9 p.m. closing time, and were immediately met with hostility from an employee who told us they were closing soon. Her rude and unwelcoming attitude made us feel like an inconvenience rather than paying customers. We were rushed through our order, and the carelessness was reflected in the final product. Would gives 0 stars on service If I could came in at eight twenty.They told us to hurry up and order because they were closing soon, even though they closed at 9, one of them was a very rude and overpowered the other employee...(she looked like she was missing her cigarette break and she was just there for the paycheck) she only had half of the options out for us to choose from for our sandwiches after a very rude interaction they finally produced our sandwiches. Wow!! Rachel served me in the effingham store… she could not have been more kind and personable… she was knowledgeable about the menu and made my experience above and beyond anything I expected walking in to the store… it’s hard to find exceptional work ethic couple with genuine kindness!! Subs were wonderful as well!
Rachel was great! I was difficult and asked for a giant special sub. She didn’t complain or act irritated.
Rachel was amazing! We were kinda difficult with what we wanted and she didn’t make a fuss. She said it was no big deal, and made the experience less nerve wracking. The music was nice and up beat! We will be back!
