I arrived 15 minutes before closing; however, they were out of regular size rosemary bread. Bummed about the situation, Max came to the rescue and made some mini sandwiches since he had some rosemary bread. I appreciate him making the suggestion and helping me out. I’m a returning customer, but this made my day. Thank you, Max!

One of my favorite JM location. Staff here is prompt, conscientious and friendly. I ordered 2 sandwiches one veggie for myself and Tate promptly washed the slicer to make sure my cheese would not touch a blade that touched meat. Steven acknowledged this and changed his gloves for the same reason. As a vegetarian this means a lot. Anytime I want a sandwich I’m happy when I end up here.
