I had the Italian sub prepared by Tyler Henderson, and it was delicious! Tyler was very friendly and professional. Thank you for having Tyler Henderson on your team.
I'm never disappointed with their sandwiches. The quality of the lunch meats are good and everything is very tasty and fresh.
I placed an order and when they went to go pick up, they told the driver that they ran out of bread. How does the sandwich shop run out of bread during the day? It seems like this is a constant complaint with this store. Take your business somewhere else.
I ordered 3 sandwiches to go. When I got there, I waited 15 minutes past when it was supposed to ready. One of my sandwiches had no meat on it. One had the wrong bread. One had the wrong toppings. We called back and asked if they could remake it correctly and they stated they were out of bread! Don’t recommend coming to this location, definitely worth the extra drive and gas for the one at Thomas crossroads!
Do not online order. Or if you do triple your “ready” time. Constantly understaffed and the staff complains that they are understaffed. No sense or urgency, but have on a few occasions wasted my entire lunch break waiting on my order to be made ready. Frequent mistakes with online orders as well
