This is the second time me and my husband have been to this location and this is the second time they have made his order incorrectly.
I'm starting to get very frustrated with my experiences at Jersey Mike's. The last time I ordered through the app, I arrived a few minutes after my pickup time and my sandwiches still were not ready. I had also included a special instruction asking for the oil and vinegar to be placed on the side because I had a 15 minute drive home. When oil and vinegar are put on the sandwich that far in advance, the bread becomes soggy. Had a amazing experience, service, and food here. With friendly workers they helped me understand the menu and what I ordered, we had a great meaningful conversation while they were making my sandwich and made me feel welcome, especially Marco who stood out and with his performance. I am extremely satisfied and will be coming back.
The team at this location excels in customer service. They notified me in advance that an error was made on my order and not only took the steps to correct in the moment but also sent me home with the sandwich made in error.
