I'm done giving the benefit of the doubt to this location. We used to come here regularly, but the quality of the food continues to be a problem. The last 5 times I've been to this location, the bread is hard as a rock and stale. Always cuts up the roof of my mouth. Tonight, the lettuce is yellow and limp. The customizable options were ignored on 2 of 4 sandwiches. The tables are dirty nearly every time we decide to dine in. It's just not worth the hassle, especially for sandwiches at this price point.
Their food is good I will give them that! But when I order online and am told my order is ready at 11:03, I shouldn't have to wait 15 minutes for it to be made when I walk in...
