To begin, I have been to this Jersey Mikes many times over the past 10 years and this was our first bad meal. Went to Jersey Mikes on 1/16/26 afternoon to pickup dinner. Ordered a #11 an #14. When I got home the subs were incomplete and looked like a stone had pressed hard on them. My husband had the giant #11. He got the meat and cheese, but no lettuce, oil or oregano. I came into the store the other day and was very impressed, the store was very clean and the staff was friendly, the food was amazing I’ll be back soon
I had a steak sub that I always get and the bread was cold and it had a lot less meat than before
