Just ordered and brought it home to eat. Overall I like Jersey Mikes, although I havent been there many times. My husbands giant philly steak was good. I had to taste his after the bland chipolte chicken I had. It had the texture of a bread sandwich, not much taste. I got a regular and after biting it, I cut it in half and put all the toppings on half of it. It didn't change it much. I did try a piece of the chicken off the sandwich and it was dry. They're pushing the chicken salad, but I found it flavorless. Added salt and pepper when I got home and that improved the flavor of the toppings. Nothing was going to help the salad. Tables need to be washed.
Worst experience I have ever had! Bought 3 subs, brought them home, and even though I asked them THREE times. Not to put vinegar on the sub, it was absolutely saturated. Inedible. Then when we called the store to complain, they refused to give us their names, offer a refund, or even apologize before hanging up on me. We will not be returning to this store based on the horrific customer service.
Great service, food was delicious.
Great food and clean place just wish staff was more friendly and respectful to customer requests.
